AbstractIncreasingly, international teams are creating evidence-informed, consensus-based guidelines to increase the transparency and consistency of research reporting and thoroughness of design. It is important that researchers and authors remember to begin with a search for research and publication guidelines when planning a research project or preparing a manuscript.
